We update this page monthly within 10 business days of each month-end. All figures are based on verified payroll, timesheets, employer confirmations, or participant engagement records. No personal information is ever published.

Most employment programs only report outcomes at the end of a funded project — often years after the work is done. We publish monthly. That means funders, government, unions, employers, and the community can see whether we are delivering, in real time, every single month. We hold ourselves to that standard because we believe the people we serve deserve nothing less.

Why This Investment
Matters to the Public Purse.
Transparency is not just about outcomes. It is about costs. Every funder and decision-maker deserves to see the financial argument plainly — and hold us to it.
Victoria spends more than any other state to detain a young person — and around 85 per cent of children released from detention return to supervision within twelve months.
The issue is not lack of government investment. It is the absence of something more fundamental — a real job. Employment brings income, routine, identity, and belonging. It is the most effective tool we have for breaking the cycle.
Kazi Konnect exists to make that happen — compliantly, commercially, and at scale. We do not ask the state to fund us. We ask employers to hire our cohort, and we make it easy and worthwhile for them to do so.
Accountability Is Not

This page will be wrong sometimes. Numbers will start at zero and grow slowly. Some targets will take longer than planned. We will publish that — openly, every month — because transparency that only shows good results is not transparency.
