Kazi Konnect Receives Victorian Labour Hire Authority Licence Approval
Kazi Konnect (ABN 71 695 480 703) has been granted a Labour Hire Licence by the Victorian Labour Hire Authority under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic). This approval marks the formal establishment of Victoria's first dedicated social enterprise labour hire provider focused on youth justice exits and CALD communities.
The licence allows Kazi Konnect to legally recruit, employ, and supply workers to host employers across Victoria — with full compliance obligations including payroll management, superannuation, WorkCover insurance, and Fair Work Act adherence.
Youth Justice Employment Pathway — Now Active
Kazi Konnect's dedicated youth justice employment pathway is now active — connecting young people involved with the justice system to real, paid placements on Victorian construction and infrastructure projects, with full mentor support and attendance monitoring from day one.
